Matt Werner
Matt Werner is a local business owner, family man, flooring professional, and creator who has helped hundreds of families amplify their homes since 2002.
Prior to Floor Coverings International, Matt owned a residential painting company, spending over 8 years creating happy customers and establishing his design experience in the residential home improvement industry. Matt has a Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys catamaran racing, homesteading, and spending as much time as he can with his 4 children and wife, Karina.

Dann Smith
Dann Smith is a handyman, professional painter, licensed home inspector, and passionate flooring professional who has assisted countless families with their home care needs for the past fifteen years.
Prior to Floor Coverings International, Dann ran his own home inspection firm, providing families with peace of mind as they worked through the home buying process. Additionally, Dann has run a handyman business for the last eleven years, covering simple "honey do" punch lists, whole home interior painting projects, and everything in between.
A resident of Waukesha, Dann holds degrees in Business Management, Business Administration, and Communications, and is an avid reader, passionate bicyclist, and passable golfer.
