Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery
Established in 1844 by Jacob Best with the guidance of his son-in-law Frederick Pabst, the Pabst Blue Ribbon Brewery is a true Milwaukee landmark. Having closed its doors in 1996, the Pabst Brewery has been slowly restored to its original glory. Now set up for tours and events, the Best Place at the Pabst Brewery is a must see for all residents of the Milwaukee area. When we were contacted about working on restoring the Best Place at the Pabst Brewery, we knew it was an opportunity we couldn’t pass up! Look at this incredible inlay we’ve installed at the center of the Pabst ballroom:
For the Pabst Brewery project, we’ve worked on installing historic hardwood floors that really get at the original look of the brewery. Here’s another shot of the gorgeous historic hardwood flooring we’ve put into the brewery. We’ve really worked with the original architecture of the space to create a truly transformative look:
When it comes to vintage hardwood flooring, you have a number of options. First, you can always look into having your historical hardwood flooring restored if possible. Often times, the original flooring in a space is long gone. In this case, you may want to take a look at reclaimed hardwood flooring. Reclaimed hardwood flooring is perfect for getting that vintage look you desire. Hand-scraped hardwood flooring is also a great choice when looking for an aged look in your home. Hand-scraped hardwood will give you the vintage look you want in your flooring in a newly produced product.
